7 large apples. (i used cortland)
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 tbsp lemon
2 tsp cinammon
2 tsp vanilla
Mix the above ingredients and let stand for 20 min.
I grinded a 1/4 cup in my coffee grinder (it's actually my flax seed grinder since i don't drink coffee!). and mixed the 2 parts all together
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tbsp whole wheat flour
Mix these together and then I added the oats
Looks delicious. Have any suggestions for age 7 months, just introducing more foods, just added tofu for a no cook protein. Thanks for the recipe!
